RefundMath ("we", "our", or "app") is a Shopify application that helps merchants calculate partial refund amounts. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use RefundMath.

Information We Collect

RefundMath accesses the following information from your Shopify store:

• Order data — We read order details (items, prices, discounts, taxes) to calculate accurate refund amounts.
• Shop domain — We store your shop domain to manage your session and provide access to the app.

We do not collect, store, or transmit any customer personal data outside of your Shopify store. All data processing occurs within Shopify's secure infrastructure.

How We Use Information

Information is used solely to:

• Calculate partial refund amounts based on order data
• Display order summaries and refund breakdowns
• Manage authenticated sessions

Data Retention

We retain session data (shop domain and access token) only while the app is actively installed. You can uninstall RefundMath at any time, which will remove all stored session data from our servers.

Data Security

Access tokens are stored securely using Cloudflare Workers KV with encryption at rest. We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, rate limiting, and input validation to protect your data.
